4. Hitechled shall take the single freight cost within the standard 2-year guarantee period. Once the warranty period expires, Hitechled shall not take any responsibility for freight cost incurred and shall provide a favorable price for maintenance service.
5.Under the following circumstances, Hitechled shall bear no responsibility for equipment troubles:
5.1 Unauthorized disassembling or repairing
5.2 Malfunction by misuse and storage
5.3 Warranty period has expired
5.4 Void or broken series number seal tape
5.5 Damage due to damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other natural force majeure disasters;
6. Services under warranty:
6.1 Free
6.1.1 Failures of LEDs(within 5 years);
6.1.2 Failures of PV (within 5 years);
6.2.3 Failures of Battery ( within 2 years);
6.2.4 Failures of Controller ( within 2 years);
6.2 Paid
6.2.1 Failures not caused by HitechLED's construction;
6.2.2 Failures due to false operation);
6.2.3 Failures as the result of natural disaster;
6.2.4 Warranty period has expired;
Hitechled could send engineers to help with onsite investigation, installation and/or maintenance guidance, However the client should bear all the expenses incurred for such service, including visa fee, boarding fee, meals, transportation fee and so forth. The client should also take full charge of the engineers' visa arrangement.
